BEST PRACTICES

Hems

  • Standard 1/2″ hems are recommended and included on this product for safety and added rigidity
  • Hems fold to the underside and can affect fit on tight dimensions—plan accordingly

Measuring

  • Measure finished wall/parapet width for top dimension (C), not framing alone
  • Measure both legs (B & D) separately—do not assume they are equal
  • Include all material build-up (roofing, insulation, coping substrate, etc.)
  • Take measurements at multiple points to catch any wall or substrate variation

General

  • Plan splice/joint locations for longer runs and allow for movement
