Fast Flashings LLC was founded in June 2003 by owner Ian McGlynn to address a major gap in the custom metal flashing industry—slow turnaround times and unreliable service. With over 25 years of experience operating McGlynn Plastering Inc. (1980–2005), Ian understood firsthand the challenges contractors face when sourcing custom sheet metal flashings on tight deadlines.
After years of dealing with delayed orders and limited supplier responsiveness—especially for small, urgent projects—Ian recognized the need for a company focused on fast turnaround, precision fabrication, and dependable service.
